  1. Where are your products is made? Our products are sourced and manufactured by multiple suppliers in China. All of our masks are made in FDA approved facilities, imported into the USA meeting all local and federal regulations, and shipped within the USA from our distribution warehouse in California.
  2. What is the difference between a KN95 and a N95 face mask? Based on this comparison from 3M, it is reasonable to consider China KN95, AS/NZ P2, Korea 1st Class, and Japan DS FFRs as “equivalent” to US NIOSH N95 and European FFP2 respirators, for filtering non-oil-based particles such as those resulting from wildfires, PM 2.5 air pollution, volcanic eruptions, or bioaerosols (e.g. viruses). However, prior to selecting a respirator, users should consult their local respiratory protection regulations and requirements or check with their local public health authorities for selection guidance.

  2. Are your masks legit? Yes! We take painstaking care to get the required certification, testing and quality control of all the products we import. Whizley has been doing this for over 27 years, and we pride ourselves on protecting our customers when they need it.
  3. Are you a legit company? Yes! We have been importing products and distributing them in the United States for 27 years. We have noticed that there are many people who have not received orders that they have ordered from other organisations and this upsets us a lot. We want to be the trusted and convenient place to get the personal protection equipment people need.   4. Why do you sell masks? We love to serve and keep people safe, and Trevor thought this would be the perfect way to combine our skills with importing and serving Americans in what they need and can't get right now. Too many scam stories were being shared with us, so we decided to solve this with our due diligence, supplier vetting and importing skills.
  5. Why do we use Fedex? We have a long standing relationship with Fedex and find them very reliable over the years of doing business with them. We have built a shipping dock for their trucks to easily pick up our customer's merchandise so it ships faster.
  6. Why do you have masks and other don't? We specialize in importing, and shipping of goods is a critical part of that. So, we have been able to ship our goods into the USA whilst others have not. It's kind of what we do, and have always done for many many years.
  7. Where do you ship from? We are based in Tustin, California and ship from our warehouse direct to you.
  8. Who is Whizley? - Whizley is the brainchild of Trevor Gnesin, who has been in the import business for over 38 years. Trevor saw that people needed a lot of masks and thought he could get them into the country.
